To ensure each couple receives the utmost care and attention and to retain the highest quality of customer service, I accept a limited number of events each year on a first come first serve basis. The Process

Step One : Meet | Once you inquire, we'll schedule an initial consultation discovery call. Here, we’ll chat about availability, logistics, collection offerings, and your dream vision for the big day. This will allow us to make sure I’m the best fit for you! After our meeting, you can expect to receive a detailed custom proposal outlining all options to ensure your coverage is documented in its entirety and your overall experience with me is exceptional.

Step Two : Reserve | After we've connected and you've had a chance to review your proposal and confirm my services, you'll sign your contract and submit a 50% retainer fee to secure your date on my calendar. At this time, I'll send over my wedding guide full of tips about how to plan your engagement session, wedding timeline, and all the fun details in between!

Step Three : Session | For your engagement session, you can be certain with my attention to detail and commitment to highlighting what lights you up, we'll create a breathtaking series of portraits effortlessly while having a fantastic time. I love the opportunity to learn more about what makes your love story so special and really get to know my couples on a personal level. I offer gentle guidance and intentional direction to capture your natural chemistry in its most romantic state.

Step Four : Timeline | One month out, we'll schedule a check-in to discuss wedding weekend details and timeline planning. Most couples have absolutely no idea where to start, but rest assured I'm here to help make this process as simple and stress-free as possible. We'll review priorities, shot list inspiration, family dynamics, and overall logistics to ensure streamlined execution.

Step Five : Wedding Day | It's time to take off the party planning pants and put on your gown and tux! Your only job on wedding day is to enjoy each other's company and let your vendor team do all the work. This unforgettable celebration is going to FLY by at the blink of an eye, so soak up each and every precious moment while I preserve them for you. I will manage out timeline with ease while documenting every beautiful moment with artful excellence.

Step Six : Previews | You did it! Congratulations! You can expect previews shared to social channels. Should you wish to publish your event editorially, please let me know in advance to ensure editing scheduling meets deadline requirements.

Step Seven : Delivery + Heirlooms | All photos are personally processed and edited in house. Once retouched and ready for review, you'll receive access to your password protected online gallery via email to enjoy. You'll be able to create favorite lists, share with family and friends, and utilize a customized professional print shop linked directly to your gallery for your convenience in ordering print products. Reliving your best day is such a special experience and I highly suggest making it a date night. Order takeout, grab some tissues, and pop the bubbly. You'll thank me later! Last but certainly not least, heirloom albums. These beauties are handcrafted in the highest quality from your selection of favorites.
